Method of Instruction
As a JPX Master Instructor, my goal is to provide a hands-on training experience using media, practice, repetition, and discussion to teach the manufacturer's recommended training protocols. This is accomplished in both the JPX Departmental Instructor and End User training class in the following ways. Each class is approximately 4 to 6 hours long. All classes include the manufacturer's recommended PowerPoint presentation. Real world and training deployment videos are used in order to promote discussion and provide examples of both proper and improper usage of the JPX product. There are classroom interactions and role-playing with other end users and instructors incorporated with dry fire drills. A written test and live fire qualification on the product being certified is required.
Our classes are mobile and can be brought to almost any location. Our instructor is flexible, working with each department or individual's needs. Classes are scheduled for the convenience of the department or individual when possible. Classes can be taught to multiple departments or agencies to help ease the cost of the course.
All Training certifications are good for 2 years per the manufactures training protocols.
